Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify LPK77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. LPK77 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
LPK77 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Malaysian players:
All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
LPK77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which LPK77 accepts no responsibility. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Member's own name will be declined and refunded.

LPK77 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion with other Members, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or placing conflicting wagers — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds, and may result in permanent account closure.
All sports betting markets, casino games, and other wagering activities on the LPK77 Platform are governed by the specific product rules applicable to that market or game, in addition to these general Terms.
Sports Betting: All bets are accepted subject to market availability and pre-match or in-play status. LPK77 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a match has been suspended or abandoned under relevant sporting rules, or where fraudulent activity is suspected in relation to a specific event.
Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game are based on the long-term theoretical return of the game and are not guarantee of individual session outcomes.
Result Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed and settled, the outcome is final. Server-side records maintained by LPK77 and its game providers are the definitive record of all wagering activity. In the event of a discrepancy between a Member's device display and the server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
The LPK77 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of LPK77. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LPK77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, LPK77's maximum aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
LPK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Member via their registered payment method, provided no fraud or breach of Terms has been identified. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winings will be forfeited upon termination.
Members may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting LPK77 support. Accounts subject to self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.
LPK77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, LPK77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
LPK77 also reserves the right to update its game rules, bonus terms, payment processing limits, and VIP tier structures at any time. Current versions of all policies are published on the Platform and supersede all prior versions.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which LPK77 is licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through LPK77's internal dispute resolution process. Members may submit a formal dispute by contacting LPK77 customer support in writing, including all relevant account details, transaction references, and a clear description of the issue. LPK77 will respond to formal disputes within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to independent arbitration or the relevant regulatory authority under the applicable gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
